How much is your delivery fees?
Up to 20 km radius from our Burnaby warehouse - $19.99 for 1 hour delivery
Up to 50 km radius from our Burnaby warehouse - $29.99 for 1 hour delivery
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered same day within 1 hour. Please keep in mind that sometimes it can take little bit longer depends on traffic and weather conditions.
Can I come to your store for pickup?
Yes, you can.
Is your package discreet?
Items are discreet, packaged in plain brown paper bags, sealed, and the customer's name and address is written in the corner.
Can I cancel my order or make a change of address?
In most instances, your order is processed and shipped/delivered the same day so you get it quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
